10-week strength training camp starting on August 22nd and running until October 31st. Up to 5 athletes per session can train together.
WHAT: Strength training designed for athletes to develop explosive strength and dynamic power to enhance their sport performance and dominate the competition.
WHERE: 376A Calvert Ave Alexandria, VA 22301
WHEN: 60 minute sessions will be offered each week on Monday & Thursday from 7-9pm and Saturday from 9-11am on non-tournament weekends.
PRICE: $600 for full camp access which includes 20 total sessions across the 10-week camp.
NOTE: It’s strongly recommended to stay consistent training 2x/week every week although, sessions are flexible and can be used accordingly to your availability. For example, 3 sessions can be used one week and then 1 session the next week.
