
Manage packages, reschedule, and cancel sessions using the customer panel below.
To cancel or reschedule an existing session, go to the “Scheduled Sessions” tab and click the three small dots on the right side of the session. Cancellations and rescheduling must occur at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Sessions within that window are not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling.
Sessions from a package will be returned to the “Book a Session” tab upon cancellation. Non-package bookings (one-off sessions) are recommended to be rescheduled only, as there is no automatic credit given upon cancellation.
To book sessions from a purchased package, go to the “Book a Session” tab. Mobile users can click the three lines in the top right corner to see the menu.
If you do not have an account, book a session to create one. Use the email you want your account to be under when checking out to register an account. If you already have an account but have trouble logging in, click “Forgot Password” and it will send you a link to set your password.
